Lyn McNaught
Lyn has been in the travel industry
for nearly 40 years, the last
26 years in her own business.
Lyn has built her reputation on service
and treating her clients as friends.
Some of Lyn’s passions are people, travel,
photography and her beloved Western Bulldogs.
Every year Lyn personally escorts tours that
are tailor made by her, with a great deal
of planning and attention to detail.
Lyn prides herself on going that
extra mile for her clients.
Shirlie Baum
Shirlie has been employed by
Lyn McNaught Travel since 1987,
only having time off to have her 2 children Jack and William.
She firmly believes that each and every itinerary needs to be personalised
so that clients get the best out of their time away.
Some of the things she enjoys are spending time with family and friends,
exploring new places and like Lyn is also a mad Western Bulldog supporter.
Lauren Oliver
Lauren’s passion for the Tourism Industry began at an early age
when in Grade 5 she completed a complete holiday itinerary.
She has since completed a Diploma of Tourism
at Central Gippsland Institute of TAFE.
Lauren believes that every client’s holiday should be an
experience of a lifetime and is looking forward to helping you
plan the holiday of your dreams.
Lauren also enjoys spending time with her family and friends,
traveling to new and exciting destinations.
However, unlike Shirlie and Lyn she is a Geelong supporter.
It will be interesting in the office when the Dogs meet the Cats in future.
What we know
We are constantly travelling,
attending conferences and events
to keep up to date within the
Travel Industry.
If we have not been to a destination,
then the chances are we know someone
who has. We are able to tap into a wide
range of resources as we have made
many great connections with reputable
travel providers over the years we have
been in the industry.
We pride ourselves in dealing with only
the best airlines, tour wholesalers, coach companies etc,
who all carry out regular and extensive quality control on the products they sell.
